Pharmacy workers are incredibly rude, and unhelpful. Trying to get Immunizations.. Ended up at Walmart and had much better experience. I will not go to that walgreens again for anything.

My doc sent a prescription here. So, I show up here, and the worker was like, "Err.. sorry fam, we don't have that in stock." I was SHOOK. SHOOK, I SAY!
But then the pharmacist lady saw my distress and was like, "My child, sit yo ahh down and let momma take care of it." Then she called up another Walgreens like a straight up G, and then was like, "Aye, hook my boy up." Then she dapped me up and sent me on my way. Then I picked up my prescription from her homie no sweat. True story. 10/10 service.

Ullina was the cashier and I’ve been going to this Walgreens for 25 years and this was my first bad experience, we told her there was a sign for a sale and she didn’t believe us and told us we needed two but the sign shows even for individual purchase. We told her to change the sign and she didn’t even respond back and didn’t acknowledge us. I tried to call her again by name and she didn’t acknowledge it. Not sure if it’s the language barrier but she needs to learn customer service skills. Sign said 3.99 but bought two and was charged $8.00.

The pharmacist is so rude. She hung up on me without answering my questions. I doubt the prescription she game me is correct

The price displayed on sale and what I was charged was a totally different price when I checked the receipt so I went back to the cashier and I wanted to return certain items. She said one item was not in the receipt so she can't refund me. I didn't go out of the store there was 13 items exactly she called the Manager who gave me so much attitude that I told her I want to return everything and want my money back I paid cash and she gave me 5$ short and said she can't do anything about it because the first item on receipt is not there. They could check the security footage if they need to that I never left store nor did I take anything out of the bag. I'm a very frequent good customer and never had issues before I won't be going to this Walgreens there are plenty of other stores with good friendly customer service.
