I am extremely disappointed with Warehouse Direct's customer service. When we applied for an account, it took an entire month to hear back from them. We had to reach out multiple times to get any information regarding our application.
Debbie Gorman, in particular, was very rude and unhelpful. She did not provide any of the information we requested and made the whole process unnecessarily difficult.
This would have been our first time doing business with Warehouse Direct, but due to this poor experience, they have lost our business for good.
I do not recommend Warehouse Direct to anyone.

Customer service really needs to be trained ! manage von was more of a shmoe . I wanted to buy something from them as a first time customer . WHAT A JOKE ! Stay away from ordering from them !!!!!!!!! Not New Customer Friendly !

This is not legitimate company! They advertise cheaper prices on popular items, and never deliver them. Beware!! They never delivered the goods. But their customer service answers the phone. If you call later in the day, they say their warehouse is in the East Coast and they're closed, if you call in the morning, they say their warehouse is in California and they're not open yet. And the funny thing they don't remember their lies. I'm glad I bought with a credit card and will contact my CC to do a charge back.

Do not use this company. They provided me with a folder inserter machine for my direct mail marketing needs. The machine continuously jammed even after sending a technician to repair it on four separate occasions. They eventually picked up the machine and admitted it jammed. However, they now ignore my calls and requests for a solution, replacement, loaner machine, or otherwise. My direct mail markieting has now been down for a month costing me huge sums of revenue. I highly recommend staying away from this company.
