Michelle has a knack for making a customer feel cared for. I recently switched from 33 years hard smoking to vaping and I am completely ignorant about the vape products. I saw the store from the road and decided to stop by. Michelle sensed my hesitancy and encouraged me with a small friendly talk. She made me feel so comfortable and valued. I attended Vape&Smokes 101. She even made sure to inform me about the relevant items on sale. Michelle provided me with expert knowledge, genuine atmosphere, and kindness. Of course, I came back and, needless to say, I assigned Wise Guys Vapes - Des Plaines as my vape store. I live in Palatine and I have a local Wise Guys Vapes, but I would rather drive to Des Plaines and work with Michelle.
