ok so don't expect to get a functioning piece of glass. some will but most won't. i don't think anything you'll buy is actually tested so you're taking a risk spending your money here. it would be one thing if you reached out to them because you got something that doesn't work and they tried to make it right, but if you do, they'll tell you, you need to buy some special water so that it works properly because one you TRY to use it, there's nothing they will do. to be honest, it feels a bit scammy to me. at least it's nice to look at sitting on the shelf.

Ordered a prov2/glass bundle and xtra chamber. Price was great and the shipping was pretty quick. Will be ordering my chambers and a few other glass pieces from there. No complaints.

I recommend that you stay away.
Don't waste your time or money.
Their people are not customer service friendly and rude. Buyer beware...go with the manufacturer or anyone other than Zee Vapor and Tabacco.

They Sent me the wrong item, refused to send the correct one, after hours of back abs forth all i got was a discount which i don't want, just want what i paid for. Anyway deceptive owner scammy tactics. Go somewhere else especially for big purchases, because they will make a mistake, and its your fault somehow!?? Owner called me a scammer on fb also lol wow ....

They sent me broken glass,ignored my email and calls for two weeks,and finally after 5+ phone calls they offer me store credit and make me cover shipping on both orders.Save your time and don’t order horrible customer service

Bought a new in box item that was 100% defective out of box and the store won't do anything to help besides point me to the manufacture even though they are an "Authorized Dealer". The Manufacturer has already RMA'd the item once and it's still broken and cost me $20 to ship to them each time. I would avoid this shop at all costs as they have no interest in doing anything beyond getting your money. Authorized Dealer means nothing anymore apparently.

Awesome deals for puffco accessories. I got a 3D chamber and joystick cap for half the price I’d find at any other smoke shops locally or online. I had an issue with my card going through and Danny S was extremely helpful getting the order in! Will def be back to pick up a nice glass replacement they have a huge selection
