I would just like to bring up the fact that Lauren had a customer under the impression that she could lighten her platinum hair to look like the picture that was shown to her. Unfortunately Lauren left the customer with 3 shades of yellow blonde and platinum hair. This customer was very dissatisfied with her work.
I would keep this under consideration while looking for places when trying to go lighter with platinum.

Let me start off by saying I’m not the type to leave a review, but my experience was so bad I feel like I have to. I got my hair done by Lauren, asked her if she could lighten my hair. My hair color was like a silver/platinum blonde, when I got done, my hair was all types of colors, majority of it being yellow. I was upset because my hair was already pretty light, and wanted to become more lightened, like a touch up. I even showed a photo for reference, but ended up getting a dirty yellow color. On top of that, it wasn’t even one color, it was platinum tips at the bottom, with light yellow and dark yellow strands all around. Definitely not what I asked for and not what was shown in the picture, I would recommend a different place.

Stylist could not follow directions even when give a photo. Tried to gaslight by passing the blame on me. Very unprofessional and will no longer support the business or stylist. Take you money elsewhere.Service: Haircut

Was able to get in for a last minute appointment and Courtney rocked it! She is absolutely amazing. I feel so much lighter and I have never been happier with my hair. Courtney was able to blend the layers flawlessly and with my hair, that is not an easy thing to do. I will definitely go to Courtney for my future hair needs!!!Services: Haircut

Tried reaching out by message for more info and never got a response. Same with other salons. Don't understand why places have to where you can reach out by email, Facebook, or form on their website but they never answer.

Apparently you need an appointment and if you dont have one theyll let you sit there for 25 minutes waiting for NOTHING. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Waste of my time
