God forbid you interrupt their staff for help finding something in this store. I've been in there 5 times now and it's the same EACH TIME. They'll sit behind the counter and talk amongst themselves about the weather and IGNORE THEIR CUSTOMERS. 5 times now and I've stood there, practically raising my hand for help, and they IGNORE YOU. Then the bald, tall guy with glasses will treat you like you're beneath him for asking for help. 5 times now!! I even tried to flash my retired military ID so he'd show me some respect, but nope. Treated me like I was pond scum! Save your money and make the trip to Menards. This place is garbage with customer service! Too busy talking to their buddies to help anyone. I mean, how hard is it to say, "Can I help you sir?" NOT ONCE IN 5 VISITS!

Flatbed unload…. About 7am for unloading outside trucks…. Overnight parking yes… not much room but stay to the right of gate opening facing fence! Unload went fairy quick!
