I am posting a second review because it seems over time that their service is not improving I called inquiring about an item and the young lady who answered the phone says "ummm I don't think we do?" never even offered to go check but just totally clueless?. they spend all their time stalking the aisles never up front at the register but yet they don't know the items are stocking?

I just spent almost 15 minutes standing at the register waiting to buy a bag of dog food. Could have just walked out with it and no one would have noticed. Absolutely ridiculous to stand there that long waiting for service. Shouldn't have to go hunt the employees down to be able to purchase something
