This is locally owned and operated. All of the staff and the owners are great! They are all very nice and helpful! The pool chemicals that they sell are better than anywhere else! You should definitely use them for all you pool and chemical needs!

Family owned and operated, Phils Building Material Center (aka Phil On The Hill) is the go to place for pool supplies. Instead of paying high prices at other big named pool places for chemicals, I would rather drive 45 minutes to shop at Phil's. If you have questions or are unsure about the amount of product to use, just ask; they are always willing to provide easy to understand answers and directions. Give Phil's a try, you'll be glad you did!
