“On the recommendation of my brother who has been taking his car here for years, I had Sinclair replace the struts for my 2012 Honda CR-V. I had originally wanted them to install the KYB struts for replacement but they recommended the Monroe top-of-the-line struts. I decided to go with the Monroe struts. After the installation, I drove the car for a couple of weeks and did not like the ride. It was way too bouncy and I did not feel I was in control. I took it back to Sinclair and told them my issues. They did not give me any excuses or grief. They replaced the front struts again (with new Monroes) and now my CR-V drives almost as it did originally. Great customer service! Exceptionally skilled and extremely knowledgeable, they really know the art of mechanics. Been coming here for years, starting back when they were in Chicago Ridge. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my cars, and this is coming from a former gearhead. Ignore the 1 star reviewer who obviously posted on the wrong forum, as the shop has always opened at 8 am. “My rear passanger tire was leaking air. I went to Suburban Tire thinking I needed a new rim, as my tires were in good shape. Thinking to myself, how expensive are rims, do you have to replace 2 of them or 4 of them? I am a senior on a fixed income. I thought $$$. Suburban Tire said it was the rim and they could fix it! Very, very reasonably priced. They were very nice and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I absolutely recommend these guys.”
“Although busy, Ivan was able to fit me into his schedule on very short notice for a new battery & other possible issues (it turned out to be just the battery). It was my first visit and I appreciated him accommodating me as a new customer. He is thorough in his explanations of problems, which I also appreciate, as I know he's busy but he still wants you to understand what is going on with your car. I called him on a referral from another auto repair shop who wasn't able to get me in as quickly, which says a lot if you are referred to a business by one of their competitors. “These guys find and fix problems that other mechanics weren’t able to find for years! I have an old Honda Pilot that my grandson drives that would always make that whining noise when the power steering fluid was low. It started getting low every 2 weeks for years till it finally went all the way out. Took it to another mechanic who kept telling us that there was nothing wrong with the power steering. We were so annoyed. When it finally went all the way out Camm’s found the problem and fixed it within 2 days and it was all super reasonable. They’re good honest people. I’ll only take our cars to Camm’s.”

“I had my Jeep Wrangler here to have spark plugs and coils replaced. I found this shop from a recommendation from another mechanic. I shopped around and found that their estimate was the best price and they were able to fit me in the next day. When they began the repairs they found a leak and called to ask if I wanted them to repair it because they already had the intake manifold off and that is time consuming. I told them to go ahead with the repair. When I arrived to pick it up at closing time, they had just finished asked if they could keep the car one more day to double check their work. I left the car one more day and when I picked it up, it was perfect. They showed me the parts they replaced and pictures of what was leaking. I appreciated that they did that and would recommend this shop.”

“i had been doing all of my auto repairs myself. now that i am over 70 years old and have bad knees and a bad back i guess i should trust someone else to do it. I drove around the area and talked to several repair shops. then i thought since i have purchased tires from Lynwood firestone for many years i would talk to tino. just so happens one of my wheel bearings was going bad. so i took it to lynwood firestone and asked for a quote. I talked to tino for awhile and liked his knowlege and professionalism and decided to give him a go at it. they did a great job. They handle all my maintenance and repairs now. I highly recommend them.”

“I was told by another mechanic that I possibly needed a transmission flush. I called and was told to bring the car a few days later at 8am. I dropped the car off to who I assume is the owner. He wasnt very friendly but he was fair. I was told hours later that he could not find anything wrong with the car. Now I do not know if I still could have used the flush since I never had it before. He told me he drove the car twice and didnt hear or feel anything. I was appreciative that he did not charge me anything but I would have gladly paid to know what is going on with my vehicle because the issue is unresolved.”
