My mother-in-law had passed away and as we live out of state, we had no other choice but to ship several boxes of priceless mementos to our home in AZ. The staff went out of their way to help us pack and ship several large ceramic pots that my father-in-law had made. We also had a large canvas he had painted (50" x 40" x 5") that they helped us pack and ship. Our rental car wasn't big enough to bring the painting to the shop so the staff picked it up in their personal vehicle from the house and brought it to their store for us. Everything arrived safely at our home in AZ. We are very thankful for how helpful and kind the staff were at All-Safe Center in Dixon, IL.
