I dealt with Eric Strock today and he was amazing!! He answered absolutely every question I had and explained more than I expected! He was more than happy to help me when I returned with more questions!! Definitely the best place by far to get your sound equipment!

Audio Video has excellent service! I had an issue with reception on my LG. After a phone call, the issue was solved with the help of Eric. This is our second LG tv we have purchased from Audio Video, we are very satisfied customers and will not purchase our TVs from any other dealer!

All around great place to do business! Very helpful and outgoing people and clean store with nice selection of products. I will definitely be going back for any future purchases and installs. My old 08 dodge was a tricky mess that they were able to figure out and install looks great stareo works and sounds great! I'd recommend them to anyone.
