I brought my car in for brake code and a tire. I had already replaced the electric motor for the electric parking brake but did not have a scanner to delete the code. You told me that you had to replace the electric parking motor with an OEM one thats why I couldn't clear the code. When I returned to pick my car up I had 2 new tires and a $1,900 bill. You failed to tell me that the parking brake jumper harness had a broken wire in it. I know this cause my car through another code and i found your work where you spliced the harness back together. You can literally buy an OEM harness for $25. So $25 plus 1 tire plus labor doesn't add up to $1,900. You screw people over to make a dollar.

My daughter took her car in for an oil change and left with a check engine light on. I called after they told her it would be 140$ to fix something that they broke and the guy that answered the phone was sarcastic and rude. I would not recommend taking anything here unless you want more problems than you had before!!!

I needed lug nuts torqued since I'd had tires rotated. I didn't have to wait long and they were done & I was in my way! This was done at Moore's Tires in Dixon, not Auto Doc as the title claims!

AutoDoc has done an amazing job multiple times for me. He did a great job on my clutch foe my fusion a few years back. Recently did a power steering line and an oil change for me. Always very reasonable and very professional.
