The property manager is noted as responsive, respectful, professional, super friendly, and nice, taking great ownership and working to keep everyone happy. Maintenance service is outstanding, with issues always addressed in a timely and immediate manner. The maintenance staff is constantly working to better the property, keeping it cute and clean. Amenities include a pool, a workout gym, a basketball court, and a little park for children. Overall, residents report having the best experience, are happy living there, and highly recommend Canterbury House Apartments.
I like living here, but we need assigned parking spots. We pay a lot of money to live here so I should be able to park my 1 car right outside my door without having to worry about people's guests taking my spot. You don't live here, park at the end and walk.

The property manager is responsive, respectful, and takes great ownership of the buildings! The apartments are in fantastic shape and provide a great option for the people of Dixon! We are grateful to have them available to our community.

I have lived at canterbury for 6 years.Any maintenance issues have always been addressed in a timely manner. The site manager is always very helpful and professional. I think this is the best apartment complex in our town. It is a very good place to call your home.
