I was in Dixon yesterday and I stopped at the Casey's there on West 4th or the Rock Island blacktop heading home to Rock Falls I left my phone there on the counter and I return quickly to the store and when I came in the very nice gentleman there behind the counter picked up my phone and gave it to me. I am so thankful you are a good man you deserve a raise. The day is August 18th 2025 right after school let out

This is for the store in Dixon IL. For service, how do I rate “non-existent” ? It’s May 19 at 9:10 PM. Do you know where your cashier is? Neither do we!! There is literally no one behind the booth and many customers are awkwardly looking around, trying to figure out where she went. (There was somebody when I walked in). But leaving the counter completely unmanned is a security problem. I put my stuff down and left.
There’s a couple kids in the pizza area, one is slouched over, talking. Why not cross-train them so that one can cover the front of the cashier disappears?
In the past, I’ve been there and it’s understaffed with one person and a long line of customers. It was exciting at first to get this new store, but the poor service is a problem.

I used to give this Casey’s a 5 star review. I would always stop in every Friday to get my kids and I donuts and pizza before school, and spmetimes throughout the week. They would always have veggie breakfast pizza but now I’m told they’re not allowed to make it and put it in the warmer!

I actually overall love this store. But there's one problem I wanna point out to everyone out there. So it always says that's its open and it's 24 hours when in reality that's not the case. I get the one next to road ranger that's new is open 24 hours but the problem here is that this one also says that but I go there to find out it's all closed down. If I were yall, I'd fix that so you don't mislead other fellow customers. Like I said I like going here everyone is nice but just change your hours on Google. Because I've gone there twice saying it's open when in reality it was dark and closed down. But would be a 5 star If it wasn't for that ?

I swear there was a guy offering candy. #DrugsInTheBackParkingLotIWentIntoTheStore. And there was a gay guy making out with a child this place utterly disgusted to me. I will never come here again.

My visit was ok, cashiers are friendly at times. My pizza was o er cooked and dry and were out of milk like usual... 3 strikes you're out Casey's. Time to step it up!!!

Driving though to get home and stop and gotta say scarlet made my whole weekend better. She was great nice friendly and the cup of ice I got was good. She makes u feel like u know each other. I go to dixion alot and never seen this Casey's till I was coming back to Iowa. Place was clean they had hot food. No chicken but it was 9am lol

Wasnt busy at all. Started making my pizza 10 minutes after it was suppose to be done. After standing there for half an hour, they forgot to put one of the toppings on. Still tasted good, but could they atleast try?
