This is pre-pay. I arrived at 4 pm & a sign on the door stated it would reopen at 4:30, so I had to wait. This was new--I didn't know they closed before at this time; a listing of all their hours on the door would be helpful! At least 1 other person pulled in, didn't want to wait & left while I was waiting.
