I have been fed up with this place for a while but tonight really irritated me. They treat poorly whenever I pick up my adderall. I called to fill an antidepressant and they told me they wouldn’t fill it because they don’t make enough money on it? That doesn’t even make sense. I can’t get a medication because it’s not profitable enough?

I have been going to the pharmacy for maybe almost a year now and this is the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere at a pharmacy inside help is perfectly fine if you're shopping at the store or purchasing something at the register, but if you deal with this Pharmacy , they never have your prescriptions. No one seems to know what's going on and they are very very rude. I have never been treated like this by anyone and there's like no reason for it it's just like why isn't my prescription ready it's been two days. I will get on that or your insurance had to wait. It's always something of why they don't have it but then they're rude about it like it's my fault that they didn't fill my prescription. It's ridiculous. if I can get this, Pharmacy is zero in stars, I would because they don't even deserve one.

I have shopped here many times & never had a problem.I don't get my medications there because my insurance offers mail order but several times I have needed antibiotics , pain meds in an emergency. They have been prompt, accurate & very helpful.I also went there for my Covid booster. I made the appointment on line & less than 30 minutes later got a call stating they had availability sooner. The whole process webt smoothly.

Reported Non-compliance to the cdc today 4-13-2022Made a confimed appointment yesterday for. covid-19 booster, and they refused to give the free booster to myself and my wife. We do not have insurance, but insurance is not required. Went to walmart instead. I will never patronize this store/chain ever again. I sincerely hope the CDC puts a severe monetary penalty on these people. I would give ZERO stars if it was possible! Jerks

Walgreens rf could never fill my prescription and neither could Walmart. So I switched to snyders and apparently they use the same system and employees. Can’t fill my prescription. That was it for choices in the area. They all are horrible.

One of the young lady's at the window was rude both times coming through but today the gentleman that answered the phone, I'm assuming the supervisor was very helpful, attentive, and got my stuff ready in no time. That man was very professional.

Terrible environment to work in.like working with the mean girls.talk behind your back even the boss.but so nice to your face.even tho we all just took testing for harassment\ bullying.loved the job and the work.stacey, mark and carol very real people tho. Just remember walgreens just at the other end off the block.0

Crazy day in a hurry so wanted to drive thru and pick up vitamins which I've done before no problem but today was very rudely told I had to come inside. Why who knows guess I'll try again maybe I'll get a nicer person. Inconsistency drives me crazy!

To bad I cant leave no stars I bought a product and nobody told me that I couldn't return it and when I tried to they said they couldn't return it because of there policy but if it was ran right maybe they would of told me before I bought the product I dont think I'll ever go back to the place again

I called the store looking for a very specific item. They had one left and saved it for me for hours until I was able to pick it up. They saved my day!

Had to spend my entire day off trying to get a prescription filled. When I finally get a call saying it's ready and go to pick it up, the tech tells me they just pulled it off the fax machine and it would be another 15 minutes. I will never return to this place again for anything. They have gone down hill the past few years in their customer service and the techs seem like they all have no idea what's going on.
