I had a great experience with Kayla in the dixon Walmart. I had a 1099nec and she helped me with the schedule C and seemed very knowledgeable.

The professionals that they hire are nice and seem competent but they are happy to charge you more to fix the mistakes they made. Also did not receive all the information about the process before hand and am continually surprised and uninformed with every new issue that happens and brings down the amount of my refund again and again. Will not be using their services again.

The tax lady told me she would be able to beat last year's price of another company and it was $120 more dollars. On top of she said it goes by amount of forms. Which is a lie cause my neighbor did it and only got charged 150. Not understanding then I was waiting 10 - 15 mins for her to find a code that she couldn't find and said sorry I could give you $20 off! Also asked me to rate on Google while she was finding that no such code.
