I had a fantastic experience at Ken Nelson! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and made me feel right at home. The team helped find me the perfect vehicle, a Jeep Compass. I absolutely love my jeep! The entire process was smooth & transparent. I appreciated the way they took the time to explain all the features of my vehicle and thoroughly review the paperwork with me. They followed up after the sale to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new jeep. I would highly recommend Ken Nelson to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

We recently visited and purchased a pre-owned Explorer from Jeff, he was cool ? hands down the best experience we had purchasing a vehicle. Hope did all the paperwork with us and lordy is she hysterical! She has such a positive and bubbly personality and is beyond informative and thorough with her explanations of everything. 10 out of 10 would recommend seeing Jeff and Hope. They're amaze-balls.

I had a great buying experience with Austin and Kyle at Ken Nelson CDJR in Dixon! Throughout the buying process, both of them were exceptionally friendly, helpful, understanding, thorough, patient, and honest! Austin was not pushy at all, and he said multiple times that there was no pressure or rush on buying the car. I definitely suggest buying from this dealership, especially with Austin. Just another dealer that will not own up to their mistakes. Bought a 2022 Ram 2500 with only 16k miles. 2 months later after owning it i go to take it for its first service. The ram dealership locally tells me 5 lug nuts are completely broken off from being over tightened. You can tell that is an old break just looking at. This place tried to tell me the ram dealership probably broke it just to get money out of me. (Who says this?!) Clearly, they were the last ones to do service which means they overtightened and broke 5 lug nuts that cost me $600 to replace the bolts.

Worst customer service experience ever. Requested to meet with the Nissan district representative over a paint issue. Could not get Jeremi Jahn to set anything up with me stopped in twice he's never around. Send text and phoned never returned a message or call. I heard from others he never calls back. Called Nissan to file a complaint, they even called him and said he won't return their calls. What kind of service is this? I have been in the automotive business my whole life. We have bought three new vehicles from Ken Nelson over the years there won't be any more business from me or my family.

I shopped around pretty much the entire Midwest before buying. Negotiations were fair, direct, and timely (exclusively over email and text). Once I finally got to the dealership, the buying process was seamless. Thanks the Brayden, Kyle, and Brett for a great experience!
