Just another dealer that will not own up to their mistakes. Bought a 2022 Ram 2500 with only 16k miles. 2 months later after owning it i go to take it for its first service. The ram dealership locally tells me 5 lug nuts are completely broken off from being over tightened. You can tell that is an old break just looking at. This place tried to tell me the ram dealership probably broke it just to get money out of me. (Who says this?!) Clearly, they were the last ones to do service which means they overtightened and broke 5 lug nuts that cost me $600 to replace the bolts.

Worst customer service experience ever. Requested to meet with the Nissan district representative over a paint issue. Could not get Jeremi Jahn to set anything up with me stopped in twice he's never around. Send text and phoned never returned a message or call. I heard from others he never calls back. Called Nissan to file a complaint, they even called him and said he won't return their calls. What kind of service is this? I have been in the automotive business my whole life. We have bought three new vehicles from Ken Nelson over the years there won't be any more business from me or my family.

I shopped around pretty much the entire Midwest before buying. Negotiations were fair, direct, and timely (exclusively over email and text). Once I finally got to the dealership, the buying process was seamless. Thanks the Brayden, Kyle, and Brett for a great experience!

Austin and Brett were great to work with. They were patient, broke down a lot of different options and explained each of them thoroughly. It was a lengthy process due to my car situation but they both worked hard behind the scenes so I could indeed actually leave with a car even if it was a 4 day process *not on their part*.. I'm loving my new Pathfinder .. Thank you again :)

Very unprofessional. fraudulently erased the engine light before purchase, and claimed air filter was new,replaced,cleaned... it was not , it was visibly dirty. Thought I could trust this dealership in Dixon. Sadly I was wrong. now we have to pay a mechanic to inspect why we have multiple codes a week after purchase ...should've "inspected" better...

10/10 experience at Ken Nelson! My sales person Jeffrey took into consideration all of my “must haves” for features on a new car within my price range. I was set up with a PERFECT new car at a great deal! Everyone was so helpful, professional and friendly throughout the entire experience. Kyle and Brett were also super helpful throughout my purchase from start to finish. Will be buying all my future cars from Ken Nelson!

James was very helpful and made the whole buying process easy and we didn’t have to spend hours at the dealership which was very nice and we left with a new car without feeling like we just made a mistake, which has happened to use from a different dealership. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Was told while purchasing a vehicle that it had been fully gone through by their top mechanic, was told that all fluids were changed and had new breaks, none of it was true! 4 days after i bought the truck my rear break line exploded because of the caliper having no rotor left to brake on, so my rear brakes completely exploded, also got home and the next morning found a oil leak underneath the truck, worst dealership to take your businesses to and do not reccomend anyone wasting their money on a vehicle from them, waste of time and will never send or reccomend anyone to go there again.

I just bought a used truck from Austin Sheffield. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful.I told him what Options I wanted the truck I wanted and that’s exactly what he showed me, not a bunch of nonsense wasting my time.l felt like I was his only customer I highly recommend working with Austin if you ever buy a vehicle from ken Nelson

Took my jeep renegade in for service. The turbo charger was covered in oil. The car had 24,000 miles on it and is still under warranty. The service manager tried to scam me into paying $128 diagnostic fee. After threatening to call jeep customer care they decided to waive the fee. They replaced turbo which of course was not covered by the warranty. Of course covid happened and I didn't drive the car much but when I did I noticed the fuel mileage had dropped from 35.8mpg to 29.6 mpg. When I bought it back in to complain again I was told I would have to pay a diagnostic fee. Again I threatened to call jeep and the scheduler went to get a manager who was a complete jerk about fixing what they did but he waived the diagnostic fee. Spent 3 hours on a Saturday waiting for the car to be told nothing we can do about it. We have a call into jeep. Been 4 months not a peep. Now the clutch is leaking fluid inside the cab, the carpet is full of DOT4 fluid. Almost $900 to fix a master cylinder with 31000 miles on.. Anyone want to bet the carpet is still full of fluid when I pick it up.
