LUKEWARM foot bath pedicure water. I was one of 4 people today who I heard complain about their water being too cold in their footbath. They turned on the hot water for two seconds and stirred it around and it did nothing. I have noticed this the last few times. They also have stopped using the scraper for calluses unless I ask for it. COMPLACENCY has become the rule in small towns where businesses are content with the amount of business that they have and don’t care about providing good customer service and cut corners. I had an amazing pedicure out west a couple of years ago and have been spoiled since because I know it can be done right.

I asked for medium square French tip and I got short stubby round hot pink nails white chrome I didn’t ask for my finger was filed open let nail polish on my fingers horrible place to go DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have gotten my nails done here before, Nancy does a great job. But the last couple of times it was not a good experience. I had my nails removed for a while to give my nail beds a rest. I went back and got a new set and I got a fungus! I went back, I know my bad, and the service was worse. I try to go when it's slow they have time to do a good job. This Sunday they were busy, no problem I can wait. I was sitting next to the person he was working on. He finished her and put someone else in his chair and started on her! This was not the first time I was skipped over but it will be my last! I kept my money and my loyalty and went somewhere else. Did I mention I was the only Black person there.

Honestly, I have been to all of the nail salons in Dixon and even some in Sterling, and I always go back to Le Nails! They provide great service! Every so often you may get someone who is training but even then they have been great!

DON’T GO HERE !!!
If you are wanting to get your nails done in or around the Dixon area this is the worst possible place you could go. I went in with GelX on my nails and asked for a soak off only. My nails were the strongest they had been since switching from acrylic and now they’re worse than when I had my acrylics on. You can see the red marks where they drilled almost to my nail bed underneath. They then had the audacity to try and charge me for the soak off afterwards. SAVE YOUR NAILS and try going across the street to the new nail place because you will regret going to Le Nails every time. If zero stars were possible I would have left that.

OMG! I just went back to see if things had changed and….. My nails look like a child has done them! Nails are NOT even filled in all the way!!!!
I will be finding a new salon to go too! Waste of my time and money!!!!

SO disappointed with my experience today! I walked in for a fill and the gentleman I had was rushing to file my nails down, mind you no one was waiting, and he cut me under my nails. I brushed it off as mistakes happen, but he only put one coat of powder on and filed it all off so you can see where my previous fill outgrew. I will not be going back.
