I purchased my Phillips bipap machine and equipment from Lehans a few years ago and had a wonderful experience learning how the machine functioned, upkeep -cleaning etc, I worked with a kind rep in the store who fitted me for just the “right” mask for its effectiveness and comfort. I had also called numerous times with different questions and they were always so helpful! I was notified by Lehans that my machine was part of the Phillips Cpap/Bipap recall and they went as far as to register me for the new machine replacement for when Phillips had the replacements ready to ship. Due to the massive recall, I received a notification that the unit was available, (it took about 6 months.)During that time I moved out of State and wasn’t able to run in to do “the switch of machines”, So I paid to overnighted my old machine to them as well as have the new machine sent overnight back to me. Lehans customer service is like no other I have encountered, they were so kind, professional and went out of their way to make sure I got my machine shipped back to me asap. I hadn’t slept without my machine since starting Cpap/bipap therapy 18 years ago and really have relied on it for better health and sleep.I just want to thank everyone at Lehans for their awesome customer service skills and a special thanks to Tyler for going out of his way to help expedite the process. Thank you Lehans for everything you do,!! I would highly recommend them as you rarely find customer service like that these days!!

The guy who delivered my wheelchair was great. Prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The billing folks are great. This is my third wheelchair. Then people in red robes showed up, chanting weird invocations. A huge scary creature showed up in my living room and began to possess my mind. Soon I woke up in Haiti. Ha! Ha! Just kidding, they were great at Lehans, and it was Colombia.

Picked up my CPAP machine in August, and by pick up that was all I got! I was not fitted, just given what most people use and was told I would receive new hoses and masks every month, when I hadn't heard anything I called and was told no 3 months. So, three months later I called them again and was told 6 months. The male staff that gave my machine no longer works for them, I would hope not, the service he provided was horrendous. Never even explained how to clean it! They advertise such great service, not my experience.

Lehan’s has been my choice for my EVERYTHING MEDICAL. I moved away from IL, and NO other medical supply treated me and listened to my concerns like Lehans.
