They have no care in customer service. Try to schedule repairs on boots and they won’t do it. Pretty sad when 1st responder has to leave boots for 2 weeks or more. Want to try and order pair of boots but make you pay to just try them. Took all my business to moline redwing.

My son \\u0026 husband have had troubles with shoes not fitting properly and not lasting. Our son started getting his shoes from this shoe store in Dixon \\u0026 both are in their shoes for many hours daily. Our son fit his shoes and won't buy any shoes from Abby else except again. My husband got his 1st pair as of today. Will keep you all updated. I already know Samuel already knows he won't get anymore shoes except from this shoe store... will let you know when my husband starts to wear his. They both use to have foot problems with other store shoes...

I was looking for a pair of Red Wing boots and was not successful at a factory store or many many local retailers. I happened upon Modern Shoe Shop, messaged them and received a phone call later telling me that they were able to get the boots and ship them to me in AL without a problem. Quality customer service and going above to get a pair of boots shipped out.

Boyfriend got a pair of boots thru work and he stilled had to pay 70. So got he home and tried on at home never worr anywhere and the didn't fit right.tried to return them for in store credit for a pair he could use. And they refused! poor business
