Good tire deals for sure. Service is lacking however. Told to show up after 12 noon for an oil change, arrived about 12:15 and advised I couldn't get in until 3 that same day. This has happened before. So I'm done. Back to DeKalb with an actual appointment.

I thought the initial experience was good until I went in for my first tire rotation and learned that two of the four tires were installed with the rotational direction backwards. They never said anything to me when they discovered it. Just a picture in a text link sent to my phone. Hopefully they hold the lousy tech who did it accountable. I now regret giving a positive rating on the first service.

May need more knowledge about batteries. I had to jump my car to bring it in because I had a bad battery, which was relayed beforehand and once it got there they told me it was charged not taking in consideration that it had just been jumped to get there. They told me it was something else until I called my mechanic and had to tell them the jump caused the positive charge.

Will and Scott at the front desks were polite, courteous and informative when buying my tires. They get 5 stars. However, their mechanic inspection leaves little trust in their capabilities. I was told I needed both front and back brakes along with new pf control arm. Due to the EXTREMELY HIGH quotes for the work to be performed, I found a very reputable mechanic in town for a second opinion. The mechanics inspection revealed that yes, the control arm needed replacement but his cost was HALF of Moores Tires. Both front and back brakes were absolutely fine and front rotors looked like new. NO NEW BRAKES NEEDED! Moores should stick with what they know best......TIRES!
