They are straight forward and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are always resolved quickly. Apartments are clean, and they maintain the property well. Rent is affordable and I don't think I can find something as nice or comparable in price in town. I would recommend anyone to rent from them.

Large clean apartment with good floor plan for college students. Affordable. Perfect location for Sauk students. I always found the staff to be professional and friendly. My son had a good first experience of living on his own.

Rude experience on the phone I called and asked about available property’s and she said to look online and I did that and only saw commercial property’s and she said “obviously that’s all we have then” not helping me at all what so ever, couldn’t even point me in the right direction to anywhere else.

Amazing! Super helpful all the time, Larry was spot on tonight and had me and my family covered after one of the workers during the day dead bolted me out of my home and because we don’t have dead bolt keys I had to have Larry come save the day. Thank you again Larry and I appreciate you!!

So I have rented with this company for the last four years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I had a plumbing issue the other day and John contacted me within 10 minutes to see what the problem was. We discussed the issue and he assured me that he would be there first thing in the morning since it would be a simple job. John and his partner Karl came bright and early the next morning and not only did they fix the leaky pipe, they noticed the drain was a little backed up as well. So they decided to fix that too. They both also noticed the sprayer hose on the sink in my kitchen broke as well and they went above and beyond to get a new faucet and repair that for me without me even asking. I appreciate both of these guys for making everything run smoothly once again and taking the extra time out of their day to make sure it was done correctly. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I’ve rented from Northridge for a few years and would definitely recommend. I’m currently in my second property with Northridge. Keep the property you’re renting clean, leave it how you received it and you’ll have no issues. Maintenance always responds quickly and efficiently.

I live at the mckenney apartments, my unit is very well kept, the manager Jon is the best apartment manager we’ve had, he’s very knowledgeable responds very well to maintenance orders, fixes things very quickly and shows up very quickly. If I could give it 10 stars I would.
