While most staff are praised for being accommodating and friendly, some feedback notes that management's animal knowledge can be inconsistent.
Eric, the manager was very helpful to us! I was lightheaded as I am still recovering, not contagious, from a virus! He got me a chair and then helped my wife pick out a training halter for our dog, Dixie! We really appreciate his efforts to help us.
