I had a water pump leak that needed to be repaired. They got my car in quickly and got it done! Also, repaired windshield wiper fluid tube and did an oil change at the same time. It was nice to have it all done quickly.
Also, saved me several hundred dollars from the next best estimate!!

We were in town for a funeral when my car had an issue. They worked us in late on a Friday afternoon and did a great job.
The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional.

I thought they were legit but tried to get me to make unnecessary repairs on my car. Told me my car was leaking refrigerant and the AC wasn't going to work took out all my Freon I bought a can of Freon and filled my car back up and had strong cold Air all summer long

For us, a car mechanic is as important as our family doctor. We keep our vehicles for a long time and invest in keeping them running. Our prior mechanic retired, and we did not think we could find anyone as great as he was. However, we found Precision Automotive and have the same comfortable feeling as we did with our prior mechanic. Mackenzie and Ben are the best to work with, and I have had nothing but positive results from them. We have been with them for nearly five years now, and expect to stick with them for a long time to come.

My starter died on Monday, resulting in my car having to be towed to a shop for repair. I'm glad I chose Precision Automotive. Despite being booked full for the week, they were able to work with my warranty and managed to perform the repair ahead of the estimated time-frame. I was not expecting to get it back this week, so it was a very nice surprise. A very good experience from start to finish.

Our car's engine light starting blinking while trying to return home on I-88. We pulled over due to the severity of the situation. Even though Precision Automotive closed 9 minutes prior, they still took our call. Not only did Ben check out the problem but fixed what needed to be done so we could drive the hour it took to get back home. Ben did all of this after closing when he could have just had us wait until the following week to look over our vehicle. His actions show his care for customers. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Precision Automotive.
