Horrible roadside service. Will never, ever, get towed to this place again. There are much better repair facilities in Rockford and LaSalle

Extremely quick! Unloaded in 30 mins. Guard seemed a bit power hungry. Other than that, excellent!

Lazy staff, didn’t help my driver with his Ryder trailer because we didn’t have mileage! I plan on returning all my equipment!! Driver will now miss getting unloaded because the staff don’t want to work! Bad business!
