Clueless, not able to think, unable to answer simple question about product they offer and dragging customer in so they can be prayed on as fly by spider is the strategy.Not a bank for my few hundred thousands to be entrusted.After getting transfered from Rachel to Andrea, asking about CD, checking account, and what is interest rate on credit card.Andrea responded with question, are you asking about debit card? /Yeah I guess that means they charge customer interest rate on debit cards huh???/.Andrea went to extensive explanation on how i am gonna fill the application firm and they would send it on my behalf.I asked 3x what is the interest rate on the credit cards. Andrea unable to answer simple question told me to drag myself in branch so she will give me pamflets...still not able to answer.So I explained to dear Andrea I am calling to find out if their product is even worthy to make a trip. She still didnt got it....What a morons.

Sterling Bank was a pleasure to work with for my commercial lending needs. They provided me the best and fastest service. Their fees were very competitive. I worked with Michael Smith and he showed nothing but expertise and professionalism. Many lenders drag their feet, but Michael was very fast and we drove our deal to a fast close. I would easily do business with Sterling Federal Bank again.

We closed on a commercial loan with Michael Smith and FSB in record time. Michael and SFB went above and beyond to work with our expedited timeline and despite a hiccup at the 11th hour, they were able to adapt and make the necessary modifications to lead us to a successful closing. I highly recommend Mike and FSB for commercial lending.
