Only 1 couse they don't have 0 for it,they rude , shipping office don't have communication with the dock, if you want to waste all your day and part of the night here is the right place and they don't pay detention or time of your life

Got a dock at 8
Loading took around an hour

Not a bad place to get unloaded. Guy who unloaded me was a sweetheart. When you come in, check-in on your phone if you've done it correctly you will get a txt if not redo it.

This place sucks. 5 hours to get loaded. They loaded at the product is being made. Stay away from this place drivers

As soon as you get to know that this is place you're picking load from REJECT REJECT REJECT REJECT and save your Day and hours of service.
Got Dock after 6 hours even checking in before appointment time.
Lazy people ! 6-8 hours loading time. No human on premises to interact with.

Checked in at 1230 on the phone with QR code at shipping office.
Got dock at 1730.
Checked out at 1930

Appointment at 1pm. When loading started ~3pm and then stopped for about 1 hr. Loading started again for 5 more minutes and light turned green it is 5pm. Y’all need to change your procedures! Ain’t coming back here again.

I was scared by the comments
We had an app at 12:30
I arrived at half past 11, they brought me to the dock at 11 and loaded me in half an hour
so i give them all 5 stars

Pathetic place. Avoid at all cost. Had 0930 pickup apt. Checked in even earlier. They texted driver at 1700 that we can go in a door.
