Id give a 0 if i could....Started my own plan with them with the sales person telling me 2 year contract and I would get my phone for free by signing the contract. Told me service was available where I live (Chicago) my phone got delivered and I was told by customer service while I was setting up my phone that they actually don't service my location. Been stuck in the contract with little to no service paying 140 a month for 1 yes (one) phone that I was suppose to not pay for as long as I signed a 2 year contract. Highly recommend to never get phone service from this company. Just pay 45 a month with xfinity for incredible service at a reasonable price. ?

Huge shoutout to Nate Ramirez for his help June 4 with a new iPhone that had frozen on a particular program and required a hard reset. Even though the customer does not have an account with UScelluar, Nate helped us! Outstanding young man.

I had an old LG phone and was ready to jump into the smart phone world, so I went into the Dixon location and was greeted by Nate and Thomas. They were both very friendly and helpful in setting me up with a new Iphone. I was then having trouble downloading pictures and getting service so I went in again and spoke to Thomas, who was, again, very polite and helpful. He was able to fix the trouble in just a few minutes and I was on my way. Thanks so much guys :-)

Went to Dixon office after being on phone with techs and calls dropping. US cellar has a customer staying because of a young man,Nate, at the Dixon office that took time to try to fix my problem. He was patient and through . US CELLULAR is so blessed to have an employee that treats customers with care. He is the only reason I didn't cancel service today.

I went to this store to get a new phone and was greeted by Thomas. I needed a new phone. Thomas was very helpful,answered all my questions and even helped my friend get a liquid screen protector for her phone. I wasn’t looking forward to going because I’ve sat in a store for a long time waiting to get a phone but Thomas handled it with ease and I was gone in an hour. Highly recommend this U.S. Cellular store in Dixon and Thomas!

i was at the Dixon ,ILL store today. I did not want to get another phone again but was told my 3G was not going to work with the new 5G. Nate Ramirez worked with me to get the best phone for me and what I wanted. He was so patient because at 1 point he had 2 older women asking him questions. He was so professional and understanding. US Cellular is very blessed to have a young man of that calliber working for them. He helped get sales that US Cellular was going to lose. The older generation hasn't all died yet so they better get more Nates to help them keep their business.
