Amy at the post office there in Dixon is the reason for this review. She went above and beyond with communication and taking a vested interest in a logistics situation on package delivery that was out of her control. Rarely do you find someone who cares about outcomes out of kindness and concern. High character and integrity.

If you go here do not try to get help from a lady name Christina. Completely unprofessional and retaliated against another employee trying to help me get a address change. Hope she gets the correct training she desperately needs.
