Love the staff! I started couponing about 3 months ago and sometimes I just need a little help, they are all so very helpful and put up with me so they deserve raises. They actually take time to help versus just pointing and saying over there.

I had an Rx to pick up, did some other shopping and used my UH Card to pay for most of the items when I checked out! My Rx is always ready and the Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful; no matter how busy they are!
Their Remodel has led to some changes and location of items. If I can't find an item, I'll ask a Staff member for help. They are always ready to assist anyone who needs help.

Walgreens has always been efficient with getting my meds to me in a timely manner but if I get hung up on one more time while I’m still talking they will find me in there store. I get everyone is busy but to rush that much that your hanging up on someone who is still talking is beyond rude no matter how busy are you. Do better Walgreens pharmacist.

Kelsey was awesome, set up shot for my husband and I. We waited 10 minutes. Lady who did shot. Was polite and talked with us.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Walgreens pharmacy. For a place that is meant for our health, I would think cleanliness would be a priority. When I picked up my medication on a Monday, I noticed mud with a distinct footprint in the waiting area. Shockingly, the same mud and additional dirt were still there four days later.
Additionally, the wait time was incredibly long. Despite my prescription being called in ahead of time, I had to wait four hours to get my medication. I understand that the staff can only do so much, but the situation was exacerbated by the fact that I overheard employees complaining about their hours being cut to save money. This reduction in hours has clearly impacted their ability to keep up with the demand and maintain a clean environment.
Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness and long wait times suggests a lack of sufficient staffing and resources, which is unacceptable for a pharmacy. Walgreens needs to address these issues to ensure a better experience for their customers.
