EVERYTIME I frequent this place, I'm treated with such high levels of respect, & they helped me set up my p.o. box. In thankful. The lady whose picture is shown here is ALWAYS pleasant, & helpful. Even the men are courteous, & complimentary. I'm thankful that we all have a postoffice near us. The place is neat, & have an array of shipping boxes, & gift cards. Thank u all, & keep up the good work.

Dolton is so unprofessional it’s been a week since I received mail and today I waited in my car and saw with my own eyes how they only do a few houses then leave today I still didn’t get any mail this is ridiculous I even took photos this is what they do smh ??♀️

Worst service ever. Very unprofessional don't give a dam bout you or your mail if you say something to them you might not get mail for awhile. The regular carriers are OK sometimes. If they get a extra route Good luck on receiving your mail. WOW!

The lady up front with the obnoxious ugly nails, hair and makeup is the rudest person ever. She needs to retire already if she hates her job, her lack of customer service skills is a complete turn off. If i had the option to have my mail rerouted to another location, i would but unfortunately i cant. From the reviews, it seems like this isn’t the first time she has rubbed several people the wrong way. Just rude, ugly & tacky.

Some one from the Dolton post office stole and cashed my income tax check and I find it odd that when I filed a complaint a young lady calls at 9:45 pm to tell me that she remembered my name and the check and it got torn in a machine. SOMEONE IS A THIEF

I hate to post about my own race but sometimes we are our worst enemy, I needed a package sent back to fashion nova, need some tape to seal it up, the worker told me I had to pay $4.99 for a roll and all I need was a little couple of pieces to seal it up, I was also told that they didn’t have any that they use, I was will to pay a couple dollars for that, but I wasn’t paying for a whole row, when I had some@ home, if it was another race , I would’ve been taking care of!!

My package was delivered to Dolton by UPS but it somehow it went to Wisconsin. Manager never even said sorry She just said you have to wait a feel more days. Bad Attitude
