Had several keys cut by a young employee yesterday. Very skilled worker. Kind, professional, and great communicator. Best cut keys in my life. They work as good or better than the originals. Highly recommend.

Great Ace Hardware. Under new ownership. Very helpful, easily accessible employees. Went to another Hardware store trying to get keys made twice, they never worked. Went to Whitmore Ace Hardware and they got it right the first time! Thank you for that. Well laid out store, easy to find what you're looking for.

I have been coming here for a long time. Ace truly is the place with the helpful hardware folks. Everybody here is very knowledgeable especially Cheryl. Much rather come here than the big box stores.

Customer service is terrible. I witnessed a gentleman who was a true gentleman trying to get a key cut for his car. The guy waiting on him would not cut his key but would sell him an Ace key for 25 dollars. We talked outside . Exchanged numbers and was curious how ace would handle this. He just called me and it was a debacle. I must say since I witnessed this first handed shopping at Ace is not my first or second choice anymore.

Nathan made my keys and talked to me..nice guy..keys work well..Nathan was very nice..I enjoyed talking to him while keys were being made..thanks Nathan..great customer service..
