Unfortunately the experience here is becoming progressively worse. It has become increasingly difficult to get appointments. They are frequently unwilling to accept walk-ins, even in urgent situations. They push their pet plans but are quick to tell you to look somewhere else for service.

I’ve been bringing my cats here for two years and love it! The vets and techs are so nice and always give my kitties lots of love and attention. They’re not a big fan of the vet building but they sure do love the people. Their pricing is very reasonable too. One of my cats needed surgery and I was expecting it to cost at least three times as much as it did!

This vet used to be great. The level of service has significantly dropped over the last 7-8 months. You pay a monthly fee to the vet for continued care and I attempted to make an appointment on 9-13 was told first appointment was 9-23 I took the appointment by voiced my displeasure with the wait time. The response was you can always find a new vet and we will send you your medical records. I called the morning of my appointment to verify time for the appointment and was told that I have no appointment but I can get in o. 10-1. I told them I made the appointment 10 days ago they told me that I didn't have one. I am now bringing them in anyway at 10 am and going to see the doctor my dogs cannot wait another 10 days. I was also told again today that they can send me my medical records and can find a new vet if I want. This is the level of service you can expect from this location. I will be researching new vets in the area . I don't recommend this clinic anymore and I referred at least 5-6 families here in the past.8

If i could give 20 stars I would.
The facility is very nice, the desk staff are so kind, and the vets do a great job, all on top of having afforable services.
I have 3 cats who have been going here for 6 years. I really trust this place!

We have had emergencies with our two dogs and both time we walked in and they immediately helped us. They are very caring and we feel safe with the doctors and staff. Thank you to the team.

I have been taking my dog, Truffles to Animal Care Center of DG for 5 years. The staff is great. The boarding and daycare staff take wonderful care my girl. Whenever we visit, Truffles gets of of attention and belly rubs.

Our dog always has a great time when we board her at Annal Care Center of Downers Grove. She plays with the other dogs, has “cuddle time”, and comes home happy and well cared for. We appreciate the “report cards” that tell us what she did while she was there. She looks forward to going back! Everyone is warm and welcoming to our girl!
