Manager Jenn has great customer service skills. Other employees in her absence have poor customer service skills, don’t know how to multitask & under staffed. A simple phone drop off should not take an hour or more wait for a 2 minute transaction. Do yourself a favor, find another location

We had a negative experience with shady sales tactics here. We came in to upgrade our phones and worked with a nice rep Izzy. He talked us through the plans and phones and we made our decision. When he went in the back to get the phones we agreed on, the assistant store manager Travis came out and said he was able to find a deal for us to get a higher level phone for less than what we just agreed to with Izzy. Well it sounded good for a few minutes until my husband started asking questions about the taxes and fees with this new proposal - and turns out it would actually cost us more. He was trying to get us to add 4 lines (for 2 of us) and saying it is the best deal. Total baloney. I was shocked they would be so shady and it upset me. Luckily my husband recognized this trick but others may not have. Will not return.

Went in to buy some airpods and was greeted instantly by izzy, whole helped me the entire time I was there. He was very attentive and extremely sweet. Izzy made my experience at AT&T wonderful.

My husband's and my journey begins at the AT&T store in Glen Ellyn, where we encountered a very disappointing service from an employee named Mario. He was unhelpful, rude, and claimed he couldn't check the store's inventory. Frustrated, we almost gave up on our phone issue but decided to contact another AT&T location for clarification.
This led us to the AT&T store in Downers Grove. Over the phone, Travis confirmed they had the S24 Ultra in stock and even checked the available colors for us, showing us that the Glen Ellyn store hadn’t made the effort.
We then visited the Downers Grove location and met Travis in person. He was incredibly supportive and proactive, not only addressing our initial needs but also offering additional assistance we hadn't considered.
We expressed our concerns with the other location to Travis, who introduced us to the district manager, Lukas. Lukas was empathetic and appreciative of the feedback, ensuring he would address the issue with the staff.
Thanks to Travis and Lukas, our view of AT&T dramatically improved. We intend to continue visiting the Downers Grove store and would highly recommend Travis for his excellent service.

My 77-year old mother recently ordered a new Samsung A54 5G phone from this Downers Grove location. Travis was a great help! He made the process smooth. Also, when the phone arrived, and we went to set it up, the store manager Victor helped us to get passed an issue where the setup kept saying "Wi-Fi connected without internet". (Turns out you have to take out the SIM card to trick it.) Victor was persistent and very helpful. He also helped my mother to setup her Google mail and transferred all her texts, contacts, and photos. He was patient, courteous, and very thorough! 5 stars for great customer service! Thank you!
