I’ve been coming to this pet store since they opened and Rob is the reason I keep coming back. This place is another bougie pet store with organic/holistic/vegan/etc pet supplies but Rob goes the extra mile for the customers. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and inviting. Not only is he excellent at helping pet owners find what they need, and what they didn’t know they needed, he provides the type of customer service that keeps customers loyal. Honestly, he should be a regional manager or something that oversees how all locations interact with customers because they would probably see a significant bump in sales and repeat customers. It’s a nice store with nice products but doesn’t matter how nice your store is if you don’t know how to treat customers. You can just tell he is a good guy and I trust his advice about my four legged family member just as much as my Vet’s.

Suzy at Bentley’s is our groomer and she gives our little Olive a beautiful haircut every single time. Suzy seems so patient and kind to Olive!

Christina who was incredibly nice and did a fantastic job too!!
I just brought in my 7 year old dog (an Alaskian Malamute) in for his first grooming appointment on Saturday and boy was I pleasantly surprised! My entire family was really nervous because he'd never been professionally groomed before and never did too well with baths or nail trimming to begin with so it wasn't an easy job I'm sure! Christina was able to do an incredible job with him and we're beyond satisfied with what an amazing job she did with him and even more surprised and glad to hear her say he did well with her too!
I also loved the fact that he didn't have to wait around for hours in a cage and Christina had him in and out in an hour and a half! I couldn't have asked for a better experience for both my dog and my family! So I would definitely highly recommend Christina if you need any grooming services for your loved pups!! ❤️

When I come to this store to shop for my fur babies it feels like family. Whether it’s Rob, Amanda, Nina, or Jan working they always make me feel welcome. They always go over new products, from toys to food and treats, with me and answer any questions I have. My pets are spoiled because of them. They even helped me fit my kitten for a harness since she is a long noodle of a cat. They always have great sales!

I was in the store Saturday night trying to find something nice for my beloved dog. The staff was very knowledgeable and very very helpful. They were able to help me find what I needed! I was very delighted to find out when you spend $100 or more you get $20 off. I will come here again. And again. You will not get rid of me. I will shop here forever. Always. long live Bentley's.
