I do not like writing reviews. Only when I feel they do exceptionally well or are horrific in some way. Put your money here if you want to lose it to fraud, and the bank will refuse to file a fraud claim. I called in a fraudulent purchase on my debit card. Basically I purchased something from a large company, and what I got was not what I purchased. It was the next day I disputed the charges so I had not used the service yet nor was the transaction completed. As it was still a pending charge. Your general bait and switch. I had no issues filing a police report for fraud, nor did I have issue making a complaint to the attorney generals consumer fraud division. I asked that the purchase be disputed. I was told that the debit card would be canceled, and a fraud claim was submitted. If you cancel a debit card do to fraud how are the charges not disputed as fraud when you dispute the charges!? I called in two days later (which was today Thursday September 29th, 2022). First female kept trying to talk over me that I spoke with when I called in. Second woman did as I requested and put a manager on the phone in a relatively short amount of time. I explained that filed a police report for fraud and made a complaint to the attorney generals consumer fraud department already. Alicia I believe was the managers name. She began to argue with me. She then informed me that no dispute of the purchases on my account was submitted. I was angry that my debit card was canceled do to fraud and the fraudulent charges were not disputed. I then wrote a message in the online banking portal for someone from corporate to call me. We will see if that happens. I will also check tomorrow if a dispute of the fraudulent charges was submitted again as no one here seems to be able to perform basic functions of there job. This is what you will have to deal with if you keep your money here as this is not the first problem I have had with this bank or with the credit card they offer from first Omaha.

Do yourself a favor, and sign up for an account with a different bank that truly cares about their customers!

Some of the bank accounts are being changed now because of the merger. I had a good ckg. account & now I can only have a Basic ckg acct. with $10.00 monthly fee if there were no transactions each month, no interest. Otherwise there are basically only ckg accts available for much higher daily balances. Please check your ckg accts to see if it is the best acct. you need. I do not know why such a big change of account options. I think I am closing my small account even though I do not want to.

Because of my experience with Tiffiny, I love Community Bank of Downers Grove. I have been banking there for years Tiffiny made me feel so comfortable and welcome that I like them very much. We will be doing business for a long time.

i was treated so terribly badly every time i went there ! i called to complain and the woman i spoke with changed everything i said around and explained it into being totally my fault. they are incredibly rude, sloppy and ignorant. i finally closed all my accounts. the tellers and manager treated me like i was an enemy! i am so happy now that i do not have to go through that everytime i want to do banking !

All of the people here are very nice. Very easy to work with and after awhile have called me by name. Very happy that we have an account here and if there ever has been an issue they have taken care of it for me. Love the coffee and treats and love how they give away pumpkins around Halloween to the kids. When I bring my Goldendoodle Mini into the lobby, they even have some dog treats for her. All around nice bank to be a customer.
