The Downers Grove facility is great. Nate was so helpful, patient, and transparent in answering all of my questions. Moving day on-site went very smoothly and the access to the unit is very convenient.
Also- Jecel at the Woodridge facility was very helpful in answering my questions over the phone and she connected me with Nate and the DG location because Woodridge didn’t have the size unit I needed.
Overall- very pleased with the customer service from everyone I dealt with at CubeSmart.
