As if life isn’t hard enough already for people!!! Go here and NANCY the cashier was just RUDE! This woman does NOT need to work around people whatsoever!! I will drive further to the Joliet location before I step foot back in here! This was my first and LAST TIME with this store! People are dealing with enough in life, and then just to go into a store and be disrespected by somebody just to make your day even worse..I have never left a store in my life in tears ever in my life. I have never been disrespected by someone in customer service ever in my life either. This lady needs to be thankful she has a job, there are a lot of people who would literally love to be in her shoes working right now! She disrespected not only me, but my fiance also. Nancy, you really need God in your life. Whatever you’re going through in life, you don’t need to take it out on random customers. Be thankful you got to wake up and live another day and also have the ability to go to your job each day. As long as Nancy works there, I’ll NEVER be back and I will warn everyone else too, to not come to this store so they don’t end up like me, crying leaving the store because I’m stressed enough in life and the cashier made it worse.

Would have given them a half a star. Always closing hours earlier then time they should be closed due to staff shortage. If you can't find anyone willing to work keep searching until you do!!!

To START OFF this location can’t seem to keep employees,store closes Early or don’t open some days it’s been going on for almost the last three years so it really need to be investigated. How is this location being ran and by who secondly is really an inconvenience to customers who drive 15+ minutes away to get here to only learn that the doors are locked and closed. I am here on On June 17 at 4:30 to learn that there is a sign On the doors saying temporarily closed someone need to do some about this business Quick because we stay coming in here as customers, And it’s unfair that we don’t know what to expect when we drive here

Saturday and Sunday seems they're not open or they are but who knows what hours. but def,not at evening so please stop confusing customers and update your working hours. Thank you

never open when they say they are. 2/3 of the time you drive there and they’re closed at 5pm whilst advertising 9pm. can’t imagine what that’s like for someone who doesn’t have a car! walk two miles? CLOSED LOL!!!! suck it up! they have access to two registers (but say they don’t) and it’s never open because they have like 3 employees max, so there’s a long line every time you go in there. that or they’re too lazy to count a second register at the end of the night when they close at 4:39pm. as far as I know, it is a self checkout register as well (or it used to be at least). the blonde manager lady is extremely rude and is like talking to a brick wall with the eyes of seagull . extremely unwelcoming place. i’d rate 0/5 if I could

Everytime I shop here I deal with 2 rude girls. Don't know their names , they have blonde shorter hairstyles.
Very very rude. Never smiles or says hi
Today making remark about taking 100$ bill when my bill was 85.00
Then to top it off you go to leave and get smoked out because the employees smoke right in front of the door

I'm pleasantly surprised. Came in for sales, and staff walked us through their app, which is required for some sales. I saved some serious $$$. Great regular prices on name-brand staples like aluminum foil, storage bags, and soap. Even better prices on store brand paper towels, we will see how well they hold up.

This store has serious management issues. This is undoubtedly the worst run Dollar General I've ever been inside of. They have had issues keeping the store open. Erratic hours, it's a crap shoot if the will be open or closed. Poor selection of stock to choose from. Sale items not ringing up properly at the register. It reminds me more of a Flea market than an Actual store chain.
The employees, including the manager have terrible attitudes. I've never seen a store operate like this one.
The Isles are always filled with large carts of stock that should be on the shelves. The already tiny isles being cluttered with carts makes it hard to Navigate the store and actually shop the items you need. Especially when they are sitting on those carts and not on the shelves for sale.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt as a new open. However it has been long enough with zero improvement. I won't be going back.

I went to buy hot wheels here. Cashier/ Employee was checking my hot wheels for Tresure hunt logo. They take out the treasure hunt cars and hang trash on the rack that’s why she was checking if she missed anything. Don’t go here and save your time.

I was there just now . Worst experience ever ! Young beautiful girl, but her attitude was the worst. Being rude, talking back , attitude.. I still cant believe what happened , maybe she has issues... i wish a manager was there i wish i got her name. Like a said , young beautiful, couple of piercings on her face
