This store is messy and charging higher prices than big box stores. $1.75 for cheap toys that should be $1. I can buy better items at another store for what they charge. I'm not shopping there anymore. It's a junk store. Not a Target, Walmart or a kohls. Quit gouging people. Especially around the holidays. 😠😡😤

My experience was horrible . There is a cashier there named (Sheena ) that has the worst customer service , attitude and demeanor. There has been multiple complaints about this woman but I never thought they’d be true until I witnessed it for my self . The smoking in front of the establishment, the eye rolling , loud verbal ques and so forth . If you know that people make complaints, what makes her think that as a people , individuals won’t take the next step to do something about this ? Highly recommend the dollar tree on 75th . There is never a problem over there .

Horrible and rude experience with an associate at checkout. I lost money in a gum ball machine trying to buy a gum ball. The associate was extremely rude and said the store has nothing to do with it and I have to call the number on the side of the machine for a refund. I have to fill out paperwork on a computer to get $.25 cents back? She couldn’t give me a quarter back? I will never shop at a dollar tree ever again. This is the Downers Grove Store on 63rd street.

Patty the cashier is one of the most friendliest people there is. Was in there June 6th, the person behind the counter had the personality of a gnat, never said a word to any of the customers, not even a thank you. Will never go back!

My card was declined here--a bit suapicious--had to use another method of pymt. Decent selection, price increases make me think twice. It's a very expensive experience now. Shocked to find there is NO handicapped parking in this lot and a long walk for those that are handicapped/disabled.

Rude, disrespectful cashiers. I did the cashiers job throughout high-school and college. I was kind patient and helpful. Not here, funny 75th n Lemont doesn't have this problem.

There is a lady that was working on January 20 with a terrible attitude immediately gave me attitude when I simply just asked a question and she continue to talk crap once she walked away. She should just quit if she doesn’t like working there so bad.
