Went in today to shop for a few items with my little sister (age 10) and while she was looking at an item an older African American woman employee seemed very upset that she was grabbing an item for herself and straight up snatched it out of her hands and put it back on the shelves and let out a loud ufff with a horrible attitude and then she noticed me staring at her and tried to pretend like i didnt just witnessed what had unfolded, i dont know why she had such a problem, but this was extremely unprofessional and im also very upset that she had the audacity to snatch something out of a literal childs hands while being under supervision!

The cashier Rodney was very helpful, but there was a long line and the manager would not help him stood in line for 30 minutes.

Been here multiple times and their bathrooms are “out of order” or they “lost the key” just say you’re lazy and don’t want to clean the bathrooms I’m tired of having to go to other businesses next door and use theirs.

If I could have gave this store a Zero I would have I was there shopping with my kids and noticed the general manager was putting up Halloween. I made a comment to my daughter about something in the isle being nice and the general manager yelled at us she said I’m putting stuff up in this isle no shopping over me when we were just passing by didn’t even go down the isle . RUDE . But I won’t be giving that store business at all. I don’t patronize bad customer service . It’s not what you say but how you say it .

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your store (Center, 7323 Lemont Rd, Downers Grove, IL 60516) on 6/7/2024, I visited your store to purchase a balloon for a special event. The balloon I purchased had a problem, which I returned once to refill, but it was no use and I planned to change to another one in my third visit.
However, I was met with rude and disrespectful service from one of your staff members. She (as I know she is the shop manager) rejected to exchange to me, and claimed I had to provide the hard copied receipt even I could show the payment proof in my bank app. Obviously, it wasn’t a big deal not to exchange a balloon with me if it is your company policy, but the problem is the employee in question exhibited unprofessional behavior by speaking to me in a condescending manner and showing a lack of courtesy. This type of treatment is unacceptable and has left me feeling disrespected as a customer. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of the circumstances. The negative encounter I had has tarnished my perception of your company and has made me reconsider future interactions with your brand. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address the behavior of your staff to ensure that other customers do not experience similar treatment in the future.

Wow, this place is clean, organized, neat, nicely lit inside. I'm going to stop using the one at 63rd/Woodward anymore it's an official pit and corporate needs to check it out.
Cashier was super friendly, and they had 2 registers open cause they are busy!

This is one of the best dollar tree stores that I've been to. Whenever I go, it is always clean and well stocked in a wide range of items.

Omgggg I had bought chocolate ? from here yesterday I was gonna save it for Thanksgiving but as I was opening one it looked old so I open another and another disgusting looking one I open the 3rd one anddddd I decided to turn it around and sawwwwww that in one of the chocolate jc check your chocolate before and eating and please do not buy no food from dollar tree if this is in the Chocolate imagine the rest omg

No receipts offered with gift cards. I asked before purchasing and was told i would receive them with the receipt. Then the cashier said, "oh we don't give those". Won't be buying gift cards again! Cashier with white hair was not helpful or even somewhat rude by helping next customer rather than answering my questions regarding this.

This by far is the best dollar tree. It is so clean, and organized. The sales associates are all friendly!
