Pissed received a edible arrangement today for my birthday and it’s 6 berries and I’m told it was supposed to be 4 berries 2 pineapple cakes with candles RIDICULOUS this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this lazy ass location! As much as we spend as customers we should get what we pay for and the strawberries weren’t even fully dipped in chocolate smh

Great place I love it I got free strawberries on my birthday usually they only give you about like 6 I think and I got 10 only downside was she was originally going to make them fresh but then she found some in the fridge but they're dark chocolate I wish they gave you the option to choose between which chocolate you wanted but beggars can't be choosers I'm super grateful I've always loved edible arrangements I just think it's a little expensive for the everyday person that's why I took a star off but other than that it's amazing

I paid extra for the offered 1 hour delivery. Over 2 hours later I had to call the shop who clearly had no idea I placed an order. The woman put me on hold, found the order, stated it was in process. A short time later the tracking was updated and the order delivered....HOURS after I placed the order. The gift was great and the recipient very happy. I'm just upset that I paid so much for nothing extra.

Manager had just walked in and took over
I had a order I needed and she made it happen
The end result fresh fruit and my fiance said that was the best fruit she’s ever had from here ❤️
I would definitely use this store more often
She said she ate them so fast

Placed an ordered for Valentine's day and the order was completely wrong!!!...Contacted the store and they agree to redo the order place and a dozen flowers, order was delivered and AGAIN it was wrong and no flowers!!!..unbelievable!!!.. i paid alot for the arrangement and i should get what i paid for!!!!

horrible customer service!!!Ordered an edible for my daughter to her work and the delivered her the wrong one. They took it back and did not deliver a new one. no communication on their end. I then tried to call and they put me on hold and then put me to voice mail. Is that how they do business? I think that is totally unprofessional and I am so upset in how this whole situation was handled.After reading all the reviews... seems like bad customer service is an ongoing occurrence with them...
