This is hands down one of the best daycare centers! It is my absolute favourite. Everybody is so kind and welcoming. You can really tell all of the teachers and staff love their jobs. I love getting updates in the app!

So far my daughter has been here for 2 weeks, the staff is always so nice and welcoming. She's been a little shy at drop off, so all the teachers have taken their time to make sure she feels welcome. I love that they use an app that updates through the day so I can see pictures and what she's eating and when she's used the bathroom.

I withdrew my children from this daycare because the Director Kerrianne was very disrespectful and unprofessional to me as a parent. I picked my children up one day and the police were outside. I asked her what is going on? She treated me as if I didn't even have a right to ask why the authorities are at my childrens daycare!!! I do not feel she is even qualified to run a daycare. She rarely communicates with parents. Also, there is no curriculum whatsoever, you just feel like you are dropping your kids off to a babysitter.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.! The assistant director Aileen is very rude. Also there was a discrepancy with my account. They were saying I owed money that I didn't owe. And every time I would call to talk to the director Kerianne about it, she was never available. Then the assistant director Aileen gave me the wrong number to their family connections support when I called today to find out what's going on with my account. these people are very unprofessional and you can tell they don't like their jobs, but they Shouldn't take it out on families!

My son has been at this location since he was 6 months old, he is now two and a half. I love this location, his teachers and all he is learning while being a student at this location. The teachers here treat my child like he is one of their own. Everyday on the KinderCare app, I get 3-5 pictures, details on all his meals, diapering/potty and his nap details. The pictures I receive show all the curriculum activities he’s done throughout the day! Since the reopening after the closure of Covid (they reopened in July of 2020), they have done an AMAZING job with their COVID protocols, responses and are doing everything necessary to make sure the students are safe and healthy. Sick policies are more strict, but that is a given due to these uncertain times due to the pandemic and honestly, I’d rather be safe than sorry.Kerrianne and Aileen are very professional and understanding with all topics brought to them. His teachers are in constant communication with me and I’ve never had any problems with them fulfilling any requests I had.

My son is going to this center for last 3 months. I am really happy with the progress my son has made after he joined this center. He has learnt a lot of new things from all the great curriculum programs they have in school. I get a detailed update daily which consists of pictures, videos, details of food and naps and toilets. These updates make me feel that I am not missing anything. The teachers do a great job in taking care of the children in such trying times. The director Kerrianne and assistant director Aileen are really great and always happy to resolve any queries that I would have for my kid. I really would recommend this center to anyone who is looking to admit their kids.

My son is in the 3s room and he absolutely loves his teachers! He gets excited to go to school and hates leaving. I love this center and would def recommend it to new families. The teachers are great with the kids and I get pictures and videos daily of my son doing the curriculum.

My son is in the toddler room and we love everything about Fairview Kindercare. The teachers are great. I am the crazy mom who loves getting updates and pictures of him so that is exactly what they do. The Kindercare app is amazing to have I get updates all day long on the curriculum, the food he is eating, when he sleeps and of course alot of pictures. The director Kerrianne and assistant director Aileen are amazing. They are very professional when we need to talk either on the phone or in person.They are doing a very good job practicing covid cleanliness and protocols. I would recommend Fairview Kindercare to anyone who is looking for a loving positive environment.

My son is going to this center for last few months. It has been a great experience till date. They have great teachers and great curriculum. My son has learned a lot during these days. They maintain proper hygiene and have a strict mask policy in these covid times. Director Kerrianne and Assistant Director Aileen are really great and they are always happy to resolve any queries that I may have. Thank you very much for everything !!

Honestly my experience with this center has been rough. Their responses to covid have been sub-par. They allowed a teacher to come in with symptoms who ended up being positive and it had to be shut down for a while. Prior to going to this center my toddler was doing great with masks and had no issue keeping it on his face- he thought it was fun to look like a ninja. I've seen them tell him as I come in that he doesn't have to wear it on his nose and saw them scoot it down on his face. Now I can't get him to wear them properly anymore. There is almost never anyone in the lobby and just trying to get someone's attention to do drop off or pick up is awful. The kids seem to be left unattended at times with just an ipad propped up on the shelf. The teachers have been generally rude throughout the whole time. When I asked about the children who appeared to be left alone i was told the teacher was right in there even though the kids were obviously looking for a teacher and unable to find one. When I asked about the masks they blatantly lied to me and told me they were not doing that when i've seen it myself and the staff there is extremely inconsistent with wearing them as well. I see them not wearing masks or wearing them around their chins frequently. They would consistently decide not to give him his asthma medicine after multiple times of me asking them to please not forget CAUSE HE CANT BREATHE WITHOUT IT. They also took it upon themselves to teach my son to call a transgender member of my family by terms that they are not comfortable with, that they had no business enforcing or teaching him and it was honestly gross and disrespectful. My son never called him by female-gendered terms before going here and despite what anyone believes about that, it's not their place to do that. I took my son out of this daycare weeks ago because of it all and we won't be coming back. I don't think they have any respect for the fact that they are dealing with others people's children.

Great staff & curriculum. I love all the monthly activities provided for the children & family holiday events, great way for making memories for families. Ms. Kerrianne has been so wonderful and accommodating with our always changing schedule. Thank you for all you do!

My son is in the 2's room and has been going the Fairview Kindercare since he was a toddler and I just have to say how much we absolutely love them!!! First of all Kerrianne the center director is great, she's so understanding, helpful and sweet, i just know I can go to her about anything and she'd try to help in anyway she can. You can tell how much she really loves being there too.Another thing that is really awesome, is that my son (even though only 2) just really loves going there. He walks in without a problem, says Hi to his teachers and friends and starts his day no problem, which is a very good sign and makes leaving him alot easier. He sometimes doesn't even want to be picked up cause he's having so much fun!Lastly, we just love his teachers. They really make your child a priority, and make sure they are learning and acting to their fullest potential. They ask you questions to help them connect to your child more, they keep you informed and do it in a way thats gentle and positive and you can just tell how much they genuinely love taking care of your child. All of them are so great, and any problems that may come up are resolved efficiently, and I just dont have anything negative to say! Thank you Fairview Kindercare for loving my son when I can't be there. I'm so happy he has a place to go that he loves so much with such amazing people.I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a daycare center in Downers Grove!

I love KinderCare. The teachers work well with my children. My son learned tracing. My daughter learned Spanish. Everyday the teachers learn creative ways for the children to learn. Everyday the kids are doing different crafts. They have very low cost weekly extracurricular activities for the children such as learning music, cooking, math, etc. I love the Class Dojo app. The teachers also share photos with me daily or private message me on follow ups on a need to be basis, on how my two are doing.

This Kindercare facility is fostered by love and care in their baby room. We have been in attendance since our soon turned 12 weeks old and they have been attentive and flexible and understanding. We love all the ladies in the baby room and Kerrianne, the co-director, has been a pleasure to work with regarding all billing and attendance concerns. The communication is great and they are responsive not only on the app, Class Dojo, but to all requests via phone or in person.
