The Lombard location has to be the worst location I’ve been too to shop.walking in I was met by an employee(Jason)which I asked for help in finding a few items and he literally told me I’m going to have find it my self. And he wasn’t even doing anything but greeting customers at the door.(LAZY) and he literally watched me walk around the store clueless trying to find the items I could not believe it he made it seem like i asked him to help me move furniture, customer service was horrible.

The store was very clean and the staff was friendly. There was a nice assortment of things to choose from that were clearly displayed. Even though there was so much inside, it didn't feel cluttered at all.

I visited two stores looking for a particular item. At the Lombard location, the employee basically gestured in the general direction of the item I needed, and I was left to find it mysekf, or not. At the Woodridge store, the employee walked me over to the itrm and apologized that the item was not in stock. She also suggested other store locations that might have it. That simple gesture was the difference between a thee and five-star experience.
