Your Northville, MI store sold us spoiled turkey. We didn’t notice until both my husband and daughter had taken a few bites and then noticed it looked weird. Date is in the future. Manager said “oh, I guess they forgot to remove the bad meat from there.” Umm, that’s the response??????????? Food poisoning can literally kill people.
Update: my child has been throwing up. I’m not sure yet who I need to report this to, but once I find out, I’ll be doing so.

I came in here to buy unsalted pistachios for my parrot. After opening bag I find larvae and worms in side the bag. My house has been devastated with these bugs for 2 months. I will never come back here and I’m stuck with a $248 bill for blue chip to come in to spray chemicals in my home. I will never shop at this company again. My next step will be to reach out to the health department to notify them of this and file civil suit in court to recuperate funds to kill these bugs. Also nobody from corporate ever reached out to me but that’s okay I’ll remedy this situation. I advise anyone not to shop here if they care about health.

False advertising when it comes to work hours. Tried to go this past Saturday 12Aug2023 for a couple questions. No one was literally at this building at 2pm. Food for thought... lets not waste anyone's time by shopping at thi or any of their locations

They have removed all checkers and replaced them with self checkout stations. ALL of them. What happened to all the people that worked those stations? Super disappointed in Fresh Thyme. I thought they were better then that. Feel sorry for all the people that I once saw and purposely choose their station.

Gave daughter higher position but never paid her only gave her extreme anxiety. Instead of leaving her in the position she applied for, using her for what ever mess there on. Beautiful store but not behind the scenes.

They harass, bully & belittle customers at the East-side store in Bloomington, Indiana & there seems little care or concern on the corporate office's part to do much of anything about this.
