FTD

Florists
FTD has received mixed reviews from customers, highlighting both their delivery challenges and customer service experiences. Many customers expressed disappointment with the delivery process, particularly during significant occasions like Mother's Day and Christmas. Delays and incorrect deliveries were common issues, with flowers arriving late or not at all. Customers reported difficulties in reaching customer service representatives, often encountering language barriers and automated systems that hindered effective communication. Despite these challenges, some customers noted positive experiences with FTD's customer service after posting negative reviews. In several cases, FTD responded promptly, offering apologies, refunds, and replacement bouquets to dissatisfied customers. This willingness to make things right helped improve some ratings and restore customer trust. On a more positive note, FTD did receive praise for timely deliveries in certain instances, suggesting that reliability can be achieved, particularly if local florists are involved. Overall, FTD's reputation appears to be at a crossroads, with some long-time customers feeling let down by recent service declines, while others appreciate the company's efforts to address complaints and provide satisfactory resolutions.
