thanks to the Geek Squad team. My laptop had completely died, and another place "U break I fix" told me it was unfixable after keeping it for 15 days. But Peter and Chris at Geek Squad were amazing and friendly they kept me updated, explained everything patiently, and fixed my laptop within the promised time. They saved my important documents and a lot of money. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them.

My gaming desktop computer was continually restarting... Despite reinstalling Windows, removing malware, and more, I was unable to fix it on my end. I brought it into Best Buy and within several days they had it up and running in tip-top shape! They had to correct a bunch of registry errors. They not only made the cables more organized while they were stress-testing all the components, they dusted it out inside too. Things have been great ever since. Thanks local Geek Squad Team! :)

My aunt has been a loyal customer for years with the Geek Squad plan. They recently changed the at home repair policy so that there is now a $100 fee for a technician to come to your house. This is absolutely unacceptable given that some people can’t make it out of their homes and have to pay a ridiculous fee such as this one when they already pay a well off amount for the Geek Squad plan. The services have also gone downhill from what they use to be. I have also had taken my computer in store before for repairs, but the issues were never fully resolved. I hope the services available can improve within the near future

They really don't know much. I had a device that would not power on. They hit the power button and said nope it won't turn. They can do anything if a device does not power on. Had to send device to manufacturer.

Geek squad installed my google door bell through a 3rd party. Door did not chime afterwards. Called them multiple times, went in person, but they kept dodging me and never did the work. They kept promising to come out to my house and fix the door bell but never ended up coming and just ghosted me. Horrible service. Wasted months of my life.

This Geek Squad is terrible. Went here to get my blue screen of death resolved. They used their powerful confirmation bias skills to assume it was bloatware on the computer when the computer had been doing this out of the box. They did not however, verify through diagnostics any of the assumptions coming out of their mouths. This is bad service. No one should be making blanket statements without real substantiating evidence that something is causing an issue. As soon as they saw the bloatware they completely jumped to conclusions and even stated that based off their past experiences this is what it was.Welcome to professionalism fellas. You have to actually do the work to figure it out, especially when I explained that this was like this from day one of having the computer. But they did not do the work. In fact, they worked real hard at not accepting my computer and having me just go do a factory reset myself. I left angry and felt my time was completely wasted. We paid for a service that was not rendered.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! The geek squad here has awful organization and comnication skills. They have had my computer for almost 2 months, without any explanation as to why. I come to the store to today and now it has been junked without being 9ffrtef a back that I requested. I only had the computer 4 months before needing a repair. Kamil and Bod were not helpful all. They were simply dismissive

The service I received in the home was perfect. However, there were long hold times and poor customer service over the phone. Everything they offer is expensive. They would not honor my lifetime warranty without a special receipt I was given 3 years ago. Shouldn't they keep better records in the computer?

I would comment on the costumer service if I had gotten any. You need to hire more help they don't answer there phones.

Awesome Experience. Rachel our Geek Squad rep was fantastic. She was well informed and super nice. She got the service done much faster than I expected. Overall, a fantastic experience.
