The color consultation that I had with Holly was terrific! I was very anxious about picking paint colors, I'm not good at looking at something small and realizing what it will look like in a much larger space. Holly took me through the process and I had the house painted in the colors she helped me pick and I LOVE how everything looks! Thank you Holly!!

This is the best paint store I have ever visited. Rob, Marcus and the staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. I would go out of my way just to visit the store and purchase materials.

Yesterday I visited the JC Licht - Downers Grove and met with a Rob McKnight to discuss paint for a home my children just purchased. Being a senior citizen I told him I hadn’t painted in 10 years and needed some “direction”.I cannot start to tell to you how impressed I was with Rob in the time he spent with me and the knowledge he passed on.Simply Invaluable!In the days of retailers failing to provide good customer service, Rob is a “Rockstar” and now I have passed on a paint supplier for life to my children. Thanks JC Licht!

We have worked with Rob the manager and all his stall for many years. the entire staff has always been very professional and helpful. I was extremely impressed by Carmen who is a new employee, whom helped my customoer that I brought into the JC Licht in Downers Grove.
