I would highly recommend K&S to anyone looking for a one stop shop for a remodel. Sheri was an absolute pleasure to work with during the design stage of our new kitchen/living space. Mark was always available throughout the entire remodeling phase to help with any questions we had. Their remodel team was on time, clean, respectful, and truly did amazing work. A fantastic company with an even better team!!!

We are VERY pleased with Kitchen and Spaces. Marc, the owner, is timely and provided great service. Our designer, Sheri, designed the perfect space. She incorporated a design to reflect the architecture of our home. Tom, our lead craftsmen on the project, was outstanding. I feel he treated our home as he would his own. Great attention to detail.
If you choose, K&S for your home's remodeling needs, you will be in good hands. They really are terrific.

Exceptional craftsmanship and K £ S delivers to perfection. Mark is the consummate entrepreneur and visionary—he can make anything happen. His background as a structural engineer is a tremendous asset and he has abundance of knowledge in all aspects of construction.
His employers are extraordinary and talented. They are very committed to delivering with excellence!
We love our new kitchen and first floor renovations. It is truly transformed and gorgeous!

After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars with Mark, I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. He consistently quoted one price, then came back with higher costs once the job was underway. It felt like a constant bait-and-switch—always some “extras” along the way.
Even worse, after receiving full payment, Mark showed little interest in completing even the most basic punch list items. Once he got his money, the follow-through and accountability disappeared.
I would strongly recommend shopping around and getting multiple quotes before committing.
Overall craftsmanship could be better, especially considering the top-dollar price point you’ll absolutely be paying.

I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience with Mark and his team! First, I met with several contractors, but the reviews got me to K&S. I value reviews. I live in a neighborhood that has the same model homes, but we envisioned some different things starting with renovating our dated kitchen. So I needed guidance.
Fast forward meeting with Sheri and Mark, and game on, let’s do this.
Initially expected 5 -8 weeks, took about 12, but WELL WORTH IT. As always with renovations, came across hiccups that required attention. And add ons that we wanted to do. Mark and team were on it and with us the whole time, giving updates, suggestions, all of it. This team was there 5-6 days a week to do the work, ON TIME, and each guy was genuine, skilled and friendly. And every day the house was cleaned up, which is huge as we lived in the home thru renovation. We were absolutely comfortable with the crew being here, always respectful, courteous and clean.
Loved everyone! Cannot thank each person enough for making our home so great with their hard work.
The K&S team did it all, we didn’t have to find a plumber, painter, anything. This was a huge decision factor for us, and they came thru like champs.
We are so incredibly happy with our new home, and excited that we get to live here!! Pictures cannot do justice to the attention put on this project, but here are a few before/after. It’s like a brand new home but we get to keep our wonderful neighbors! Highly recommend K&S! 🩷 thank you, Mark!!!

Kitchens and Spaces is the best! Highly recommend them for any remodeling you are considering. We did a partial kitchen remodel-meaning we wanted to use some of our existing cabinets, move some appliances and cabinets into different areas of the kitchen, rework our hall closet and pantry as a result (seems so easy, right). The company was amazing to work with-several other companies I called weren’t even willing to work with us unless we did a full gut rehab. Mark and his team were so professional, detail oriented, extremely hard working and trustworthy. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone we know. So thrilled with the final product and could not say enough good things about the company and team!

My family started working with Mark in 2020, when his team did a wonderful job remodeling our entire home. I have engaged with Mark almost every year and we cannot imagine working with anyone else. His team recently built out a new balcony for our master bedroom, which we are enjoying this summer. Very friendly, professional, and always finds creative ways to address client needs, which is hard to come by these days. We recommend Mark and his team very highly.

Kitchen & Spaces completely transformed our kitchen from a dull, brown space into a vibrant, open area that has become the heart of our home. Cara and Mark were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, addressing all of our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. They accommodated our schedule perfectly and managed to finish the project on time, which was a huge plus for us.
The crews they brought in were not only polite but also reliable, and they took great care to respect our home throughout the renovation. What could have been a daunting project turned out to be surprisingly smooth, thanks to the K & S team's professionalism and excellent communication from start to finish.
I have full confidence in Kitchen & Spaces and would gladly choose them for any future renovations in our home.

If you are looking to remodel any part of your home, you have come to the right place. My wife and I cannot be happier with the job that Kitchens and Spaces did for our kitchen remodel. From Mark's fantastic guidance, skill and expertise to the planning and designing by Cara, our kitchen transformed right before our eyes into something that has completely changed the texture of our house. We were home while the remodel was being done and the work crews led by Thomas, Peter and Chris were professional, pleasant and quality driven. The crew showed up every day of the week, each week (try finding that somewhere) promptly at 7am and worked a full work day and patiently answered any questions we had. The owner, Mark, is a hands-on owner and was often at our home to monitor the excellent job being done, along with his dedicated designer Cara. From the minute you sit down with Mark and Cara, unsure about how or what to do, up until Thomas shakes your hand and loads up his tools for the last time, you will have a wonderful and confident experience through the entire process. And you will be more than pleased with the results. My wife and I are already plotting when we can get this amazing crew of professionals back to do their magic on one of our bathrooms! Wish I could give more stars.

Mark and his Team did a great job imagining and creating a new primary bathroom in our 40+ yo home. They were easy to work with, highly responsive, paid attention to every detail, did a great job cleaning up each day, and were very professional. All in all, a great experience!
